Richard has over 30 years of knowledge and experience consulting in federal and state income tax matters. His expertise with federal and state income tax matters includes partnership transactional planning, corporate transactional planning, merger and acquisition services, bankruptcy and debt restructuring, and multi-state tax planning and compliance.

He works with a diverse client base on tax planning and tax advisory matters including; privately owned businesses, high-net-worth individuals, oil and gas operations, healthcare, real estate developers, and foreign investors.
Richard is a member of the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He attended The University of Texas, earning a Bachelor in Plan II Liberal Arts and University of Houston, Clear Lake, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Richard will continue to be based out of the firm’s Houston office.
