Todd Ellis, is a Director of Cyber & Strategic Risk Services at ABIP, P.C. with over 25 years of industry experience. Todd is responsible for strategy, development, and delivery of ABIP’s proactive cyber services. He carries broad knowledge of security framework/risk transfer products and requirements and is trained to think and evaluate as the “bad actors” do and providing forward-looking assessments of new threats and evolving security technology. Todd offers a practiced and successful approach to client interaction, as well as technical depth gained from operational experience helping organizations succeed in meeting their technology goals while providing guidance and options to enable client business operations in a manner that is consistent with risk tolerance, reducing the likelihood and impact from data breaches and enhances the overall security posture through the application of information security principles, best practices and technical solutions. Additionally, Todd is a subject matter expert on cyber and risk solutions. He has experience working in many different industries and company sizes and is passionate about working with clients to develop the perfect customized solution for their business while assisting them in furthering their knowledge of Cyber & Strategic Risk Services.

Professional Background
Prior to joining ABIP, Todd managed a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for 25 years and spent the last 10 years in security and leading a cyber security practice. He has provided proactive and reactive services to clients of all sizes, from all industries, and for all attack/threat surfaces. Todd has also worked with numerous clients as a principal consultant and managed a team of senior systems engineers as a CTO.

Mr. Ellis is a United States Marine Corps Veteran and holds numerous certifications including CISA, CISSP, CCSP, CEH, and CCISO. He is an active member of the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2.
