Rosemary’s career began in accounting and expanded into firm operations, where she developed a reputation for aligning financial accuracy with operational efficiency. She has held both internal leadership and client-facing roles—serving as a controller, operational strategist, and trusted advisor to business owners and executive teams.

Before joining abip, Rosemary served as Director of Operations at a mid-sized professional services firm, where she was responsible for finance, HR, IT, and strategic planning. She led initiatives to enhance internal controls, improve billing and collections processes, and streamline administrative functions—ultimately strengthening the firm’s infrastructure and supporting sustainable growth.

At abip, Rosemary plays a critical role in shaping the firm’s operational strategy, supporting client service delivery, and guiding internal teams through continuous improvement.
