Michael Del Toro

Michael Del Toro, CPA, is the San Antonio regional managing partner at abip, P.C. with over 15 years of experience in public accounting. His experience includes providing audit, review, compilation, and agreed-upon procedures to clients in a variety of industries, focusing on governmental entities and non-profit organizations services. His governmental and non-profit experience includes audits issued in accordance with the Single Audit Act of 1996, as amended, OMB Circular A-133, and Government Auditing Standards.

Education and Associations

Mr. Del Toro graduated from the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), including the San Antonio Chapter, the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), the GFOA of Texas, and the Texas Association of School Business Officials including the local chapter in San Antonio.
