Kevin has vast experience in valuing a multitude of companies including dealerships, furniture retailing, insurance brokerages and agencies, military and defense contractors, and other niche industries.

Kevin has spent over five years as a Valuation Analyst at Ellrich, Neal, Smith & Stohlman, P.A., a boutique accounting firm specializing in forensic accounting, business valuation, consulting, and litigation services in South Florida. His primary focus was valuing small and middle-market companies with enterprise values up to $1 billion for purposes of divorce, contemplated transactions/sales, and gift-estate taxes. In addition, Kevin has testified as an expert witness in court and has experience in consulting, fraud cases, divorce, economic damage cases, and other litigation engagements.

Mr. Foyteck graduated from Florida State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance. He is also an active member of both the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
