Gosia Kanda, CPA, is the Partner in Charge of Assurance at abip, P.C. She specializes in commercial audit and assurance, serving clients across industries such as trading, manufacturing, distribution, and financial services. Gosia also serves as the Audit Quality Assurance Partner for Employee Benefit Plans Practice.

Her focus is on delivering exceptional client service while leading audit and attestation engagements. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate evolving regulatory requirements with confidence and clarity.

Professional Background

Gosia has over 13 years of public accounting experience which includes roles within both regional and national big 4 accounting firms, where she developed a team of professionals specializing in asset management practice and investment company audits. Gosia has expertise in GAAP under both AICPA and SEC regulations.

Education and Associations

She holds a master’s in economics – International Relations from the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland, as well as a certificate of accountancy from the University of Houston. She is an active member of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (TSBPA) and the American Institute of Public Accountancy (AICPA).
