His role includes nurturing client relationships, collaboration with clients as a strategic advisor, and keep both entity owner and individuals focused on their lifecycle goals.

Fernando has held several different roles throughout the course of his professional history, he has served as manager, shareholder and owner in his tenure. Throughout his career, Fernando has developed key qualifications in leadership, collaboration, and innovative thinking. Fernando’s most recent experience prior to joining ABIP, P.C. was with BDO USA, LLP as an experienced tax manager, developing people, operations and procedures, and assisting clients set and meet goals as well as sustain their growth and profitability.

Education and Associations
Mr. Rocha graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. Fernando is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), The Texas Society of Certified Public Accounts (TSCPA), the San Antonio Chapter of the TSCPA, and the San Antonio Estate Planners Council.
