Brandon Waller, CPA, is a partner at ABIP, P.C. with over 16 years of public accounting experience. Brandon is not only a CPA but also a self-proclaimed “avid beachgoer”. He enjoys many hobbies at the beach, including sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, and anything else involving being in and on the water. He is such a water lover that he and his wife made sure that their daughter learned to swim at the very early age of 15 months.

Professional Background

Brandon began his career in public accounting, auditing both governmental entities and companies in various industries. He also worked in the Cayman Islands, primarily auditing captive insurance companies, then returned to Dallas, focusing on healthcare company audits. After returning to Houston, he continued to broaden his experience by auditing companies in various industries where he assisted many clients with accounting for mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, corporate restructuring, and many other matters. Over his tenure in public accounting, he has worked with a diverse client base, including real estate, hospitality, technology, healthcare, online retail, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, equipment rental, and many service industries, such as oil and gas, plant turn-around, legal, engineering, and environmental remediation.

Education and Associations

Brandon graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, with honors from the Elliot T. Bowers Honors Program. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
