Our auditors address the compliance requirements imposed by banks, outside investors, the Board of Directors, and internal management. Our services range from certified financial statements to compiled and customized reports used for management’s internal needs. We also provide defined scope engagements to test a specific segment in the business and internal control services to ensure policies and procedures are in place and being followed.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance on complex accounting and auditing issues
- Apply advanced knowledge and understanding of financial reporting, policies, procedures, and mitigating risk
- Set client strategies and engagements
- Validate and assess the effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting
- Manage performance and communicate updates on audit engagements
- Oversee engagements to ensure deadlines are met and findings are effectively presented to clients
- Assist clients meet reporting requirements through accurately reporting on financial statements
- Engage clients and provide advice
- Develop an understanding of current market trends and share knowledge with colleagues and clients
- Understand clients’ needs and goals to assist in broadening their business scope
- Provide meaningful insights into accounting and reporting matters
- Lead and complete audit processes and documentation
- Research emerging accounting and auditing issues
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business
Experience
- Prior experience as an auditor in public accounting
- CPA/EA required
- Prior supervisory/management experience required
Skills/Abilities
- Proven abilities in leading, planning, executing, and reporting on audits of financial statements
- Advanced GAAP and GAAS knowledge
- Ability to resolve complex accounting issues
- A passion for work and ability to develop and grow business
- Ability to maintain engagement team focus on productivity and efficiency
