Rene Lozano, CPA

Rene Lozano a Tax Principal of Alonzo, Bacarisse, Irvine, & Palmer, P.C. (“ABIP”) is a Certified Public Accountant with over 12 years of experience in public accounting. Rene’s public accounting experience has been with large local CPA firm as a Tax Manager. His area of specialty is providing Federal Income and Multi-State Income tax compliance for small to mid-sized privately held companies with extensive experience in construction, manufacturing, whole sale, restaurant and various service industries. He also provides tax planning and consulting for businesses and individuals. In addition Rene provides IRS and State Tax representation including IRS Audits and Appeals.

Fluent in Spanish, Rene graduated Cum Laude from University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He is a member of the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), a committee member of the Relations with Tax Authorities Committee at the Houston chapter of TSCPA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and a member at the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He also served as commissioner of the 2008 Charter Review Committee for the City of Jersey Village and was a member of Toastmasters International.
