We
believe that it is not enough just to stress quality within our firm. We
also need to test that quality and report the results of those tests to
you, our client. We undergo a peer review of our audit and review
engagements every three years and have consistently received an
unqualified opinion on our engagements and system of quality control.
Our last peer review had zero letters of comment, placing us in the top
5% of audit firms in Texas.
All members of
our professional staff maintain at least 40 hours of Continuing
Professional Education. We strive to locate and attend training that
adds to our individual expertise and keep us up to date. Additionally,
we carefully review and inspect all aspects of work being performed. We
carefully screen all our professionals and continually check for
independence with our clients. All engagements are closely monitored
and supervised.
We also recognize
the importance of communicating with you on what the scope of our work
is anticipated to be, how long it will take us to complete the
engagement along with a reasonable estimate of the associated fees.
